We have been invited to participate in CUERPAS encuentro de performance de Ecuador in the video-performance cycle: Del Cuerpo a la Acción with the video performance SUSTANCIA ALKIMIYA.
“Words such as action and representation give rise to individual action and intervention. Action can be defined as an act; it serves both to refer to an avant-garde happening, or an art-action, or a political “intervention”. Action brings together the aesthetic dimensions and policies of the verb “to act”, in the sense of “intervene”. – Diana Taylor.
